What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
Is this face to face or telehealth?
Sincere Life Coaching offers both face to face and telehealth.
Do you work with kids?
My focus is with young adults/adults. However, if it is an issue with parents/children I will work with children in that capacity.
Do you accept insurance?
Most insurances does not pay for Life Coaching.Insurances feels as though Life Coaching is not a necessity, and even though it moves the Client forward to achieve positive goals, it does not have a
diagnose for mental health issues.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Appointments are booked on a first come first serve base.
Is the curriculum faith-based?
Yes, the curriculum is faith-based.
Do you offer group sessions?
Sincere Life Coaching will offer couples
sessions or parent/child sessions as it deals with trying to achieve goals;
however, group sessions is something that will be added at a later time.
What makes Sincere Life Coaching unique?
My experience with all of the
services that are offered, my master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in
life coaching, my years of following Christ Jesus, and making him the head of
my life, along with my nurturing personality is what makes Sincere Life Coaching
unique.
